IT Lead – BOOST Programme

About the role

The IT Lead will own end‑to‑end technical delivery for the BOOST Programme, ensuring architecture, integration and operational readiness across all IT components. This senior position coordinates Solution and Enterprise Architects, system integrators and internal IT teams to deliver robust, testable and supportable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, build and handover of the integration bus, covering strategy, specifications, data mappings, testing and deployment.
• Define and govern integration controls such as handshakes, acknowledgements, reconciliation, error handling, logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Architect and deliver the Inventory and Logistics Management System (ILMS) and Serial Database, managing integration, security, performance and cut‑over.
• Chair enterprise‑architecture decisions on system‑of‑record placement across Oracle Fusion, EVA Data Lake, MRI Lease Management and other platforms.
• Provide technical assurance across requirements, design, SIT, UAT, performance, security, cut‑over, hyper‑care and transition to operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Lead, Technical Lead or Programme Technology Lead in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Extensive background in Enterprise and Solution Architecture with strong system‑integration expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architects, manage technical dependencies and govern RAID, risk and defect processes.
