Inside Sales Representative - Luxury Portrait Studio

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; its clients are startups and established businesses in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. This is a full-time, independent contractor position as an Inside Sales Representative for a luxury London-based fine art portrait studio focused on women's empowerment and transformation. You will be the first point of contact for women starting a personal journey of self-discovery, running high-empathy discovery calls, qualifying guests and booking them into photography experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume discovery calls with leads coming from social media ads
• Manage speed to lead by responding to 90% of inquiries within 15 minutes
• Qualify potential guests for the studio's luxury high-ticket model
• Handle objections and close bookings at a target rate of 40%
• Maintain a show rate of 80%+ through follow-up and relationship building
• Manage calendars and keep detailed notes in the CRM
• Aim for 20+ qualified bookings per week

Required profile

• Proven B2C sales experience with a strong track record of selling directly to consumers (B2B only is not enough)
• Experience with discovery calls, lead qualification and high-ticket sales
• Exceptional empathy and comfort with emotional, vulnerable conversations
• Strong English, verbal and written
• Willingness to work Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends
• Data-driven mindset around KPIs, talk-time targets and conversion metrics
• Ability to work remotely with a schedule aligned to GMT hours

Nice to have

• GoHighLevel (CRM) experience
• Background in women's wellness, coaching or the luxury transformation space
• Previous remote, high-growth startup experience
