Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing marketing agency focused on health, wellness and fitness, is looking for an experienced Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. This senior leadership role will shape partnership strategies, scale influencer programmes and deliver measurable growth for a portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve integrated influencer and affiliate programmes across multiple client accounts.
• Identify, recruit and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors and strategic brand partners.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting, activation and performance reporting.
• Oversee execution of influencer campaigns and events, ensuring timelines, deliverables and on‑site coordination are met.
• Design strategic collaborations such as sponsorships, ambassador programmes and co‑branded partnerships.
• Manage campaign budgets, negotiate agreements and maximise ROI.
• Maintain operational excellence in product seeding, content approvals and reporting.
• Analyse campaign performance, extract insights and optimise future strategies.
• Collaborate with social, creative and strategy teams to align partnership activities with broader marketing goals.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in the creator economy and social platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading influencer, affiliate or partnership marketing strategies within an agency or brand environment.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and ROI.
• Passion for creator marketing, emerging trends and digital culture.
