Industrial Engineer – Continuous Improvement & Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who can identify inefficiencies, drive operational excellence and support data‑driven decision making within a fast‑paced manufacturing or logistics environment in Pretoria.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to uncover improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement process optimisation and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support production or supply‑chain initiatives such as capacity planning, workflow redesign and cost‑reduction programmes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are measurable and sustainable.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or operational settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Exposure to process optimisation, continuous improvement and operational analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or practical implementation experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem‑solving abilities.
