ICT Project Manager

About the role

The ICT Project Manager will lead the delivery of enterprise‑level information and communications technology solutions, working closely with sales, technical, and customer teams. You will be responsible for turning customer requirements into fully scoped, cost‑effective projects and ensuring successful hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and communication frameworks from initiation to closeout.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, set milestones and monitor progress using recognised project‑management methodologies.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders and manage vendor contracts to ensure deliverables are met.
• Oversee implementation of ICT solutions such as WAN, LAN, VoIP, cloud services, security and backup systems.
• Support tender submissions with technical and project‑management input.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, quality standards and company governance.

Required profile

• PMP® certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience managing ICT projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget.
