HVAC Site Manager (Technical) – 3 Positions

About the role

We are seeking three experienced HVAC Site Managers to lead technical projects within medical laboratory environments. The role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC and bio‑containment systems while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise HVAC and bio‑containment projects on site.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
• Conduct health and safety inspections and enforce site safety protocols.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and deliverables.
• Travel internationally for up to six weeks per assignment as required.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 4 years experience in HVAC/Bio‑Containment within a medical laboratory or similar setting.
• Proven knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Experience in risk management, problem‑solving and project analysis.
• Strong understanding of on‑site health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s licence, passport and own transportation.
