About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage and support our HR functions, providing professional advice to management on labour legislation and HR best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and employee relations
- Payroll administration and employment contract drafting
- Policy implementation and COIDA administration
- HR compliance and advice on labour legislation
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in HR, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations
- Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, incapacity and poor performance processes
