Human Resources Graduate Programme (Rotational)

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for recent graduates to join its 2-year rotational Human Resources graduate programme, part of the Taste the Future programme. The programme is designed to showcase your talents through a rotational leadership path within the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, which covers Southern Africa, West Africa and the Rest of Africa markets.

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Recent graduate, or recent graduate with a maximum of 1 year of work experience
• Academic average of over 60%
• Evidence of leadership commitments and growth mindset/agility
• Technologically savvy, goal-driven and fast learner

Required skills

• Good interpersonal skills and great communication
• Passion for the brands and ability to achieve performance objectives
• Ability to showcase exceptional work standards

The business unit is home to around 1,000 employees and global brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Halls and Bournvita, as well as local brands such as Cadbury LunchBar, Chappies, TomTom and Dentyne. Travel is required as and when needed. The job type is listed as apprentice (fixed term).
