HR Trainee

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support its global HR team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in training coordination, internship management, and new‑hire induction within a company committed to sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and logistics.
• Support internship management by screening candidates, handling onboarding, monitoring progress, and maintaining records.
• Facilitate induction activities for new hires, preparing materials and creating a welcoming experience.
• Maintain documentation such as training calendars, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and internship/induction records.
• Develop training handouts, induction kits, and internship guidelines in collaboration with HR.
• Collect participant feedback, track outcomes, and prepare summary reports to monitor program effectiveness.
• Provide payroll and administrative support, communicating with trainers, interns, and new employees.
• Learn HR development practices, including training design, talent development, and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
• Willingness to follow Yokogawa’s QHSE policies, including health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work safely, use equipment correctly, and report hazards to management.
