HR Systems Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy HR Systems Coordinator to join our HR team in Johannesburg. You will act as the central owner of our core HR platforms, providing day‑to‑day support, training and administrative coordination for high‑impact regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PaySpace, Team Maven and Workable, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity and optimal performance.
• Respond to daily user queries, troubleshoot issues and deliver engaging training sessions and materials.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create user guides, interactive walkthroughs and instructional videos to boost platform adoption.
• Serve as compliance gatekeeper in Workable, verifying candidate information and documentation before offers are made.
• Curate HR content on the intranet, keeping policies, toolkits and documentation up to date.
• Provide high‑level administrative support for the Young Professionals Programme and graduate recruitment, including interview scheduling, travel logistics and invoice processing.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent).
• Passionate, self‑motivated problem‑solver with strong analytical thinking.
• High integrity, ethical behaviour and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
