HR Operations Administrator

About the role

Join a leading digital gaming company and support the HR function by ensuring accurate employee data and compliance with SOX standards. Reporting to the Team Lead HR Operations, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to keep HR processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (appointments, changes, transfers, terminations).
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee records in Workday.
• Serve as first‑line contact for HR Ops and data‑related queries, escalating when needed.
• Conduct regular data audits, validations, and reconciliations to identify and correct inaccuracies.
• Investigate root causes of data issues and collaborate with HR Ops, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve them.
• Support system testing, validation, and post‑implementation checks after Workday updates.
• Prepare audit evidence and assist internal and external audits related to HR data and controls.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports from Workday for HR Operations, Payroll, and leadership.
• Identify recurring errors and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with HR data and compliance frameworks, especially SOX.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and communicate data issues clearly.
