Training Manager

About the role

WNS Global Services, a global Business Process Management (BPO) provider, is hiring a Training Manager in Claremont. The role manages and governs the operational training function for allocated business units and contributes to talent development so that the learning strategy is operationalised across them. The position is full-time, based in Claremont with a 24/7 rotational schedule, Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational training function in line with the approved partner agreement, including client engagement.
• Provide accurate monitoring and reporting on the operational training function.
• Maintain client relations through engagement and demonstrating value during quarterly business reviews.
• Lead trainers and training leads, including performance management, coaching and development of the team.
• Establish talent development best practices and manage their implementation across allocated business units.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a field of management.
• Qualification in OD ETDP.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an L&D Manager role.
• Experience in L&D, HR and/or consulting in the BPO sector is beneficial.
• Training, coaching and/or mentoring experience is beneficial.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
