About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, people‑first HR Operations Administrator to support our Human Capital Division. This on‑the‑ground role bridges HR strategy with daily people operations across multiple engineering and technical service entities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
- Prepare and process contracts, appointment letters, variations and termination documents.
- Manage onboarding and off‑boarding administration, including induction packs, system setup and equipment returns.
- Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment: advertise vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and support disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with site managers to handle workforce HR needs, mobilise/demobilise site staff and ensure compliance with safety and medical fitness requirements.
- Support payroll and leave administration as needed.
