Work Integrated Learner – HR TVET Internship

About the role

Discovery is recruiting a Work Integrated Learner – HR TVET Internship within Administration and Office Support. This is a fixed‑term WIL opportunity designed for TVET learners who have completed N6 Human Resources and need practical workplace exposure for their qualification. The role provides hands‑on experience across HR administration, recruitment, reporting and HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting talent acquisition activities
• Assisting with HR administration
• Capturing and maintaining HR data
• Preparing HR reports
• Filing HR documents
• Supporting project administration
• Assisting with HR projects and events
• Handling confidential information
• Supporting HR processes within required SLAs

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12
• Completed N6 Human Resources at a TVET College
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Good time‑management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Advantageous: Additional Microsoft Office proficiency, HR administration knowledge, reporting and data‑capturing skills
