Head of Provincial Commercial Asset Finance (Limpopo & Mpumalanga)

About the role

The Provincial Head of Commercial Asset Finance will lead the CAF team across Limpopo and Mpumalanga, driving performance and aligning with the broader SBG Business and Commercial Banking strategy. This senior position requires strong leadership to achieve business targets and embed CAF objectives within the commercial banking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, advice and guidance to the CAF team to meet agreed business targets.
• Execute the SBG Business and Commercial Banking strategic intent for the province.
• Build and sustain high‑performing teams, improving overall business performance.
• Manage the stakeholder value chain, including internal coverage teams, external strategic alliances, dealers and preferred suppliers.
• Promote CAF objectives as an integral part of the commercial banking capability.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Business or Commerce.
• 8‑10 years of experience in asset‑based finance and relationship banking.
• Background in Business and Commercial Banking environments.
• Completed FAIS RE5 requirements.
