Guarding Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Guarding Sales Manager to lead a team of eight sales professionals in Johannesburg. The role focuses on growing revenue for guarding and security services, building strategic client relationships and expanding our market footprint across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 8 sales representatives, setting KPIs and sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance, pipeline and field coaching reviews.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase guarding service revenue in Johannesburg.
• Identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet clients, present tailored guarding solutions, negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and recommend service enhancements.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and CRM data.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the guarding or security industry.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to handle assertive personalities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and forecasting.
