GTM Engineer – Outbound Campaign Operations

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to own the operational backbone of our B2B cold‑outbound campaigns. Working remotely, you will take full responsibility for each client’s campaign from list building to reporting, ensuring high‑quality execution without daily supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine lead lists using Apollo, Clay, AI‑Ark and other niche data sources.
• Scrape specialised directories, licensing sites and regulatory filings for non‑standard leads.
• Set up and manage email and LinkedIn sequences in Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach and similar tools.
• Configure LinkedIn outreach workflows and monitor inbox warm‑up, sender reputation and campaign health.
• Convert positive replies into booked meetings and support clients to meet outreach targets.
• Produce monthly performance reports for each client and flag issues before they become critical.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience running cold outbound campaigns at an agency.
• Hands‑on experience with list‑building tools (Apollo, Clay, AI‑Ark) and campaign sequencers (Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently across time zones.
