Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to own multi‑channel campaigns, content creation, and marketing automation. You will work remotely with a focus on engaging leads, supporting South American sales teams, and keeping our brand visible across email, SMS, and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot or High Level.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X accounts and maintain a 30‑day content calendar.
• Design graphics and edit short‑form videos with Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
• Automate workflows in Zapier (or Make) to connect HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.
• Analyse campaign performance in Excel or Google Sheets and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with South American sales teams and document repeatable processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven success managing multi‑channel marketing (email, SMS, social).
• Strong familiarity with Zapier or Make automation.
• Portfolio with at least two design or video examples.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
