General Manager (Residential Projects)

About the role

The General Manager will lead the delivery of residential construction projects in Ghana, overseeing all phases from design through hand‑over. This senior leadership position requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of residential project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams covering structural works, cost control, construction, and finishing.
• Oversee concrete works, steel structures, high‑end and industrial‑style architectural finishes.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Utilise project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera to monitor progress and resources.
• Ensure compliance with structural systems, construction methodologies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering residential construction projects successfully.
