Fleet and Facilities Manager

About the role

A highly organised and proactive Fleet and Facilities Manager is sought to take ownership of workplaces and fleet operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ensuring offices run smoothly, the fleet operates efficiently and all activities are compliant, cost-effective and aligned to business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Keep office spaces well maintained, safe and functional, and oversee reception, visitor experience and workplace services
• Manage suppliers, contracts and service delivery, and keep office supplies, meeting rooms and workspaces ready
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and essential services such as HVAC and pest control, and manage improvements, refurbishments or relocations
• Maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules
• Lead health and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, inspections and emergency drills, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee fleet performance, utilisation and cost efficiency, and coordinate vehicle allocation, transfers and disposals
• Manage fleet service providers and monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with licensing, insurance and roadworthiness standards
• Monitor fuel usage, investigate irregularities and keep accurate inspection records
• Build relationships with vendors and internal teams, support driver onboarding and training, and manage support staff

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Facilities, Logistics or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in facilities and/or fleet management
• Solid understanding of building maintenance and fleet operations
• Valid driver's licence and own transport
