About the role

As the General Manager of Radisson Blu Hotel Durban, Umhlanga, you will lead a vibrant team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while driving revenue and commercial success. This senior leadership position balances strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences across all hotel touchpoints.
• Develop and execute the masterplan with a focus on revenue generation and commercial results.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and uphold brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage the hotel budget, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Report to the Regional Director and proactively address guest satisfaction metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and inclusive teamwork.
