About the role
Cashbuild is recruiting a General Assistant for its Bela-Bela store. The role covers customer service, merchandising, shelf-price labelling, housekeeping and keeping aisles and stock areas safe. Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with products, queries and complaints
- Merchandise stock and maintain shelf-price labels
- Maintain housekeeping and safe customer access
- Complete canteen and toilet/shower checklists
- Follow OHSA requirements and report discrepancies or damaged stock
Required profile
- Grade 10 / NQF 3 with one year of related experience, or Grade 12 without related experience
- English and the dominant local language
- Valid South African ID or work permit
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work under pressure
