Full Stack Developer (Advanced) – ServiceNow & IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong ServiceNow and automation expertise to join our international team in Menlyn, South Africa. The role blends technical development, business engagement and continuous improvement of IT service management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enhancements on the ServiceNow platform, supporting migration and transformation of enterprise IT cost management solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting incidents, defects and system issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency using scripting and programming best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, operational manuals and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, vendors and Agile teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional programming experience.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, patterns and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with a passion for continuous learning and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
