Front of House Hospitality Guest Role

About the role

This position is for an experienced Front of House professional at a luxury safari lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. The role focuses on delivering seamless, high‑end guest experiences from arrival through departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the lodge’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑of‑house operations, including guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and guest correspondence.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and support stock takes and inventory management.
• Coordinate daily lodge operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Utilise reservation software (ResRequest preferred) and other IT tools.

Required profile

• Well‑presented, guest‑focused individual with a professional demeanor.
• Minimum 4 + years experience in a luxury safari lodge front‑of‑house role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong IT and computer literacy.
• Experience with ResRequest or similar reservation systems.
