Front of House Anchor – Luxury Lodge (Sabi Sands)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Anchor to lead the Front Office of a world‑class luxury lodge in Sabi Sands. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless check‑ins, personalised service and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and coordinate special requests.
• Oversee daily Front Office tasks: registrations, payments, room allocations and departures.
• Liaise with Reservations, gate manifests and transfer operators to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Prepare daily reports, maintain guest records and support lodge administration.
• Manage curio shop stock, sales, reconciliations and presentation.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Guides and Service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, safari lodges or boutique hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, confident, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hospitality management systems; knowledge of the Benson operating system is advantageous.
