Food & Beverage Service Expert (Waiter)

About the role

This position is a full‑time Food & Beverage Service Expert responsible for delivering high‑quality service in a restaurant environment. You will ensure the dining area is clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guests while maintaining professional standards throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑of‑day closing duties: store reusable items, break down goods, clean equipment, lock refrigerators, restock, turn off lights and secure the premises.
• Set up, stock and maintain work areas; inspect china, glass and silverware for cleanliness and presentation before use.
• Maintain cleanliness of all service areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures and complete daily cleaning checklists.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge them according to company standards, and answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards; protect confidential information and company assets.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lb, moving across uneven surfaces, and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time shifts in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry and maneuver objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail for cleanliness, presentation and safety standards.
• Professional demeanor with clean, hygienic appearance and respect for confidentiality.
• Willingness to follow policies, complete safety training and report any hazards.
