Food & Beverage Duty Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager oversees daily operations of all F&B outlets during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This hands‑on leader drives team performance, maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and supports the profitability of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of restaurants, bars, clubs and event services during shift hours.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and company policies.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences, handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead, coach and motivate front‑of‑house staff; conduct pre‑ and post‑shift briefings.
• Control costs, drive upselling, monitor waste and support inventory management.
• Coordinate and execute club events, banquets and special functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage management within hospitality, restaurant, club or hotel environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
