Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor ensures the highest level of service for both internal and external guests at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Working closely with servers, assistant servers, and food servers, the supervisor leads the team to deliver warm, personalized hospitality while adhering to all hotel policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually and in full uniform, meeting appearance and grooming standards.
• Promote and maintain positive working relationships with all colleagues.
• Lead by example, demonstrating thorough knowledge of Fairmont policies and procedures.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards as outlined in Fairmont Standards.
• Provide professional, friendly, and warm hospitality to all guests.
• Foster teamwork and cooperation across all outlet positions.
• Attend required training sessions and stay updated on menu changes, hotel policies, and business trends.
