Floor Supervisor (40hr) - Sterns, Canal Walk

About the role

TFG Jewellery is hiring a Floor Supervisor for its Sterns store on Canal Walk. The role supports the store management team in leading the store team and driving operational excellence through a customer-centred approach.

Key responsibilities

• Support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store team.
• Ensure the team delivers operational excellence with a customer-centred mindset.
• Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
• Manage merchandise and visual principles and give input on them.
• Drive performance against store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visuals.
• Manage the sales process, strategic sales planning and customer value management.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• At least 3 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in store leadership.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
