Finance Roles – Group Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant

About the role

Terra Firma, a leading renewable‑energy EPC and IPP in Southern Africa, is expanding its finance team in Cape Town. The company is hiring for three distinct positions – Group Financial Controller, Finance Manager (Financial Control & Revenue), and Financial Accountant – to support its growing portfolio of solar PV projects.

Key responsibilities

• Group Financial Controller: oversee group‑wide financial governance, statutory reporting, technical accounting, audit coordination, lender compliance, risk management and internal controls.
• Finance Manager – Financial Control & Revenue: manage revenue recognition, cost control, profitability analysis and project financial oversight for solar PV assets.
• Financial Accountant: execute month‑end close, balance‑sheet reconciliations, tax compliance, payroll oversight and maintain financial controls.

Required profile

• Group Financial Controller: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CA(SA) or CFA preferred; 5+ years senior financial management, preferably multi‑entity or project‑financed experience.
• Finance Manager: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CIMA or CA(SA) preferred; 2+ years finance experience in construction, EPC or solar PV.
• Financial Accountant: BCom degree; 1–3 years accounting experience; familiarity with SAP B1 and Sage Business Cloud.
