Finance Clerk – Stikland (Bellville)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Clerk to join our finance team in Stikland, Bellville. The role focuses on managing debtor and creditor accounts and supporting month‑end and year‑end processes. Candidates must reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices and maintain accurate debtor records.
- Manage creditor payments, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Maintain payment lists, vendor master data and GRN reports.
- Perform cash‑book processing and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month‑end closing, year‑end audit preparation and budget‑related reporting.
- Handle supplier queries via email and perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Matric qualification with relevant tertiary education.
- Minimum two years of experience using a recognised accounting software package.
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Team player with honesty, flexibility and a solid work ethic.
Required skills
- SAGE Evolution (or similar accounting software).
- Microsoft Excel.
