Finance Business Partner

About the role

Numbers tell stories, and this Finance Business Partner role ensures the right people hear them. You will own the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the wholesale channel across seven trading entities, providing financial insight that drives strategic account planning, pricing decisions, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate monthly/quarterly forecasting for all wholesale entities.
• Deliver margin, pricing, and profitability analysis to support key account negotiations.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, track budget versus actual, and flag significant variances.
• Evaluate investment proposals and trade‑spend ROI to inform decision‑making.
• Present wholesale channel performance in management forums.
• Partner with supply chain, operations, and FP&A teams to align financial and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive finance experience with solid FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting exposure.
• Proven commercial finance or business‑partnering background, ideally supporting pricing and margin analysis.
• Strong proficiency in ERP and Business Intelligence/reporting systems within multi‑entity structures.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
