Field Sales Agent

About the role

Join Hollywoodbets' Purple Team as a Field Sales Agent based in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. You will be the face of our mobile betting brand, helping customers open accounts, place bets, and experience our digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with opening accounts and handling all betting queries.
• Drive daily sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services.
• Execute mobile marketing campaigns to attract new online sign‑ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management each day.
• Promote the mobile brand through displays at outlets, events, and promotions.
• Help customers submit correct FICA documentation (clear ID) when opening new accounts.
• Ensure new customers use the sign‑up bonus and guide them on betting via the mobile app.
• Keep work areas tidy and maintain the safekeeping of mobile equipment.
• Complete weekly training modules (Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note) and attend on‑site training sessions.
• Travel between branches and stores as required and perform any other related duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
