External Sales Representative

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of new and dormant customers.
• Cultivate existing accounts by upselling accessories and high‑margin product lines.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights through regular feedback and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal sales teams, product managers and account teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends and market developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings and regional functions as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in technology or telecommunications.
• Proven track record in cold calling, negotiation and closing deals.
• Strong communication and merchandise presentation abilities.
• Results‑driven, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C programming language.
• Proficiency in R programming language.
