Events and Hospitality Manager – Stadium

About the role

We are looking for an Events and Hospitality Manager to lead the planning and execution of hospitality projects at a major stadium in Cape Town. The role combines financial oversight with on‑site event delivery, ensuring every guest experience meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, purchase orders, supplier SLAs and invoicing; produce financial, forecast and margin reports.
• Develop operational plans, production schedules and menus; design event look and feel and coordinate all supplier activities (catering, beverage, staffing, security, parking, signage, technical).
• Conduct pre‑event walk‑throughs, oversee match‑day execution, host guests and manage post‑event reporting and supplier debriefs.
• Coordinate hospitality management across multiple stadium sites, liaise with governing bodies, councils and promoters, and represent the division at stakeholder meetings.
