EPC Construction Manager – Midrand

About the role

The EPC Construction Manager will lead on‑site construction activities for large‑scale engineering, procurement and construction projects in Midrand. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards while coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all on‑site construction work according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Monitor progress, resources, equipment and material usage, and produce accurate site reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate construction risks.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain comprehensive site records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience in EPC, infrastructure or building projects.
• Proven experience managing civil, structural and building works.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and South African citizenship or permanent residency.
