About the role
Beekay Direct Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to join its retail team in Johannesburg. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, providing product guidance, and supporting daily store operations while building a foundation for a career in sales.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional assistance.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail or customer‑service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
