About the role
Beekay Direct Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level retail assistant to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience in Johannesburg.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive in‑store experience.
- Learn and communicate product information to customers.
- Process customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the retail space.
- Work closely with team members to meet store goals.
- Participate in training sessions to build strong sales and service skills.
Required profile
- Completed high school education (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer‑focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively.
