About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level Customer Service Agent to join our high‑growth sales team in Johannesburg. You will engage directly with potential clients, present our products confidently, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers.
- Engage with clients face‑to‑face and communicate product value effectively.
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Accurately report sales performance to your Team Leader.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Target‑driven mindset with a passion for results.
- Confident, well‑spoken and professional demeanor.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
