About the role

Medical Resources Group, a healthcare staffing and business consulting agency registered with AHASA and APSO, is recruiting Emergency Care Doctors (independent practitioners) to join its locum network in Gauteng. The work is shift-based and suits doctors who want flexible hours, exposure to high-demand emergency environments and control over their own schedule.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency medical care
Diagnose and manage acute and critical conditions
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Adhere to clinical governance and ethical standards

Required profile

MBChB or equivalent qualification
Active HPCSA registration
Valid certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
Professional indemnity insurance
Experience in Emergency Medicine
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
