Email Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute our lifecycle email program for a fast‑growing finance B2C brand. You will work remotely, leveraging our documented processes and AI‑generated email templates to drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Craft compelling subject lines, offers, and copy for promotional blasts and automated flows.
• Develop segmentation and audience strategies to target the right users.
• Plan, brief, and execute campaigns according to a shared calendar.
• Run A/B tests, analyse results, and iterate to improve performance.
• Maintain and optimise lifecycle sequences and automated email flows.

Required profile

• Proven email marketing experience for ecommerce, software, or finance B2C brands.
• Strong instinct for offers and subject lines that convert.
• Comfortable working with structured processes and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Reliable, organized, and available for ongoing work.

• HTML email design (writing HTML directly or with AI)
