E-commerce Planner

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Planner to shape our online sales strategy by aligning business goals with marketing activity. You will use data‑driven insights and creative execution to manage campaigns across digital channels, improve inventory availability, and deliver a seamless customer experience from ad to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts using historical sales, market trends and product lifecycle analysis.
• Manage inventory flow to minimise excess stock and reduce stock‑outs.
• Maintain product listings and front‑end inventory levels using integrated e‑commerce tools such as Shopify.
• Analyse variances, predict trends and produce reports with advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Align demand plans and campaign activity across purchasing, marketing, logistics and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in demand planning, inventory management or supply chain within an e‑commerce or retail environment.
• Practical knowledge of business, marketing or supply‑chain concepts.
• Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross‑functional projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Power BI
• ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP IBP or Anaplan
• E‑commerce platforms – Shopify and Magento
