E-Commerce Key Accounts Manager

About the role

Montego Pet Nutrition is looking for a digitally‑savvy Key Account Manager to own and grow its e‑commerce presence across B2B and B2C channels. You will blend strategy with execution, turning online clicks into loyal customers while aligning with broader brand ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust e‑commerce strategy that supports business growth and brand goals.
• Identify new digital channels, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate product listings, ensure ERP integration, and monitor stock visibility across all platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns, email, social media, influencer, and affiliate initiatives.
• Optimize the customer journey, manage CRM platforms, and uphold brand storytelling across channels.
• Oversee customer service, order fulfilment, and post‑sale support in partnership with logistics.
• Produce regular performance reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BI tools; provide actionable insights.
• Support e‑commerce budgeting, track ROI on campaigns, and manage omni‑channel dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce accounts in fast‑paced digital environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate pricing and promotional terms.
• Comfortable working with both B2B and B2C platforms on local and international markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into growth actions.
