Sales Representative – Cold Chain Logistics

About the role

Snolink Logistics, a leading South African cold‑chain logistics provider, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth nationwide. Based in the Centurion branch, you will acquire new customers, nurture existing accounts, and optimise transport and warehousing opportunities across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business in cold storage, warehousing, transport and distribution sectors.
• Develop prospecting plans, conduct customer visits and presentations, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Commercialise available transport capacity by selling back‑haul load space and improving fleet utilisation.
• Negotiate and close profitable contracts, ensuring pricing aligns with approved margins.
• Maintain relationships with key customers, conduct regular reviews and support retention initiatives.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and assist with contract renewals.
• Monitor market pricing, competitor activity and flag commercial risks when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in logistics, cold‑chain or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel nationally and conduct face‑to‑face customer engagements.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and fleet optimisation.
