B2B Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Business Development Consultant to grow the commercial presence of our Assessment Hub and Diagnostic Tools within the South African automotive sector. You will translate complex product features into clear value propositions for prospective clients and drive new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities across target automotive segments.
• Deliver compelling presentations and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell possibilities.
• Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, meet defined KPIs and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑driven, well‑organized and able to work independently.
• Matriculation (high school) completed.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within automotive or related industries.
