E-commerce Creative Production Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly adaptable, execution‑focused E‑commerce Creative Production Designer to join a fast‑growing U.S. merchandise and consumer products company. Based in South Africa and working remotely, you will create high‑volume creative assets across paid media, e‑commerce, and product launches while maintaining speed and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and video assets for paid advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Produce multiple creative variations quickly to support ongoing testing and performance optimization.
• Adapt existing creative into platform‑specific formats, sizes, and requirements.
• Support e‑commerce launches, Shopify storefronts, email/SMS marketing, landing pages, and product detail page optimization.
• Edit creator, customer, and UGC footage into ad‑ready assets and generate new hook concepts based on campaign data.
• Collaborate with strategy, performance marketing, e‑commerce, and brand leadership to execute fast‑moving campaigns.

• Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and responsiveness to rapid feedback.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, data‑driven marketing environments.
