Brand Designer

About the role

HLTH is looking for its first dedicated Brand Designer to shape and scale the visual expression of a fast‑growing health‑tech brand. Working remotely, you will partner with leadership, marketing and product teams to create a cohesive, trustworthy brand that stands out in the wellness space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core visual brand assets, including templates, libraries and standards.
• Own the brand identity from concept to execution—logos, typography, color systems and guidelines.
• Design end‑to‑end marketing and product materials such as web pages, app screens, social posts, packaging and content.
• Provide honest, respectful feedback to raise the overall quality of design work.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with founders, copywriters and product teams to align design with business goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment through clear communication and prioritisation.
• Explore AI‑first design workflows to accelerate production and push creative boundaries.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in brand or visual/graphic design, preferably at a high‑growth startup or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, composition and storytelling.
• High design taste and the ability to make decisive, impact‑driven decisions.
• Comfort working in an intense, fast‑moving environment with ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience building design systems, templates and brand guidelines.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into tangible visual assets.
