About the role

Self Bill Pro is seeking a senior leader to drive product strategy and oversee IT operations for its employee benefits billing platform. This remote position combines strategic vision with hands‑on technical oversight to ensure the product meets market demands while maintaining a secure, reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global product management to define and execute the product roadmap, translating ideas into actionable plans.
• Guide development teams on feature enhancements and new capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Champion compliance and security standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA to protect sensitive data.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and validate innovations.
• Direct day‑to‑day IT operations, including help‑desk support and overall system performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in product management, preferably within employee benefits or benefits administration technology.
• Proven ability to lead global or offshore development teams in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Leadership style that inspires and motivates cross‑functional teams.

Required skills
