Director of Network Services Analytics (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head the analytical, financial modeling and portfolio performance functions for its Network Services in the EEMEA region. The Director will drive data‑driven commercialization and monetization decisions across all Services distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of analytical frameworks, business case models and performance insights that guide investment, pricing and revenue‑optimization strategies.
• Translate financial, market and competitive insights into actionable commercialization strategies that boost revenue growth and portfolio profitability.
• Partner closely with the Network Services Commercialization team, product groups and Finance to create an integrated, insight‑led approach to portfolio performance and yield management.
• Provide rigorous analytical support for high‑impact commercialization, investment, pricing and growth decisions across the EEMEA Services organization.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in analytics, financial modeling or portfolio performance within a services or technology environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing pricing, investment and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as product, finance and commercialization.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
