Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within a leading financial organisation. You will be responsible for delivering projects that create measurable business value while working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, driving momentum and keeping projects on track.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums, adhering to established frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and fostering accountability across teams.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex business and/or IT projects.
• Proven track record of successful delivery in complex environments, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong project planning, risk, issue, dependency and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation and coordination across multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience working within structured project governance frameworks.
